Office Manager
Position Summary:
​
An ideal candidate for this role would be a person that has a keen attention to detail with strong communication skills, an ability to problem solve under pressure and a good understanding of bookkeeping/ mathematics. The candidate would also have organizational skills and the ability manage simultaneous office tasks. Lastly, an ideal candidate would be exceptional at multi-tasking well and efficient.

We need someone to:

Perform general office management and bookkeeping tasks

Lead a team of 3-6 people

Oversee payroll and benefits administration

Provide exceptional customer service to and direct guests in office and on the phone

Maintain office supplies and organization and coordinate with vendors and suppliers

Assist with marketing campaigns and special projects and social media campaign or posts.

Manage Staff calendar: ensuring all appointments are inputted with all the correspondent information needed.

Booking travel and needed appointments for the CEO if needed

Booking and overseeing any liaisons for running a smooth operation between all staff, clients, trades, etc.
General Information:
This is a part time position to start with opportunities for advancement. Work hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Tuesday to Thursday. Compensation would be $16- 20 per hour or more depending the experience and the contribution the candidate could make.
